The rooms that are $5 each are: bedroom, den, living room, family room, tv/entertainment room, foyer, playroom, office/study, laundry room, 1/2 bathroom, hallway, staircase, loft, Sunroom, utility room or garage.
Maximum size of room is 14x14.
There is a minimum of 4 rooms per booking date.
The $5 BUCKS A ROOM special rate is only for a basic cleaning.
This consists of:
Dusting artwork, picture frames, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, shelves, window sills, door frames, blinds and baseboards.
Wipe down all surfaces using surface specific products.
Vacuum floors/carpets, vacuum rugs (where applicable), vacuum furniture including under cushions (if removable).
Make bed (1 per room, additional beds in room are $1 extra)
Empty waste baskets (1 per room).
Sweep and mop floors.
Please note: wall washing is not included in basic cleaning.
